What material do you use to create the paintings?

As for the color, we use several brands of acrylic paints such as Marabu, Pébéo or liquitex because their pigment quality offers a beautiful rendering.

As for the relief , it is created thanks to a recipe obtained after several months of testing on different mediums. None of them satisfied us so we ended up creating our own modeling paste texture, a well-kept secret recipe. We then apply the paste using a painting knife and various instruments (cloth, brushes, cardboard).

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes, as we are craftsmen, we can make custom orders that will harmoniously adapt to the design of your interior. Customization is possible based on the following elements:

- choice of motif (world map, monument, country)

- choice of support (rigid or glass)

- choice of solid color (range of 24 different colors)

- choice of dimensions (70x100cm, 50x70cm, 30x40 (only for monuments and countries)

Is it possible to see the paintings in real life?

We regularly organize pop-up stores with our partners. Subscribe to the newsletter so you don't miss them!

What are the delivery times?

You will usually receive your package within 10 to 12 working days from the date of order.

The time spent making your handmade decoration is what gives it its character and uniqueness. Since all our pieces are handmade, it takes 8 days for your order to be completed. Once shipped, allow 48 to 72 hours before receiving it.

Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 business days due to delays from our carriers or an exceptionally high number of orders being prepared at the warehouse.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you have not received any confirmation after placing an order, please check your spam first. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, you may have provided an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email ( contact@artmaindesign.com ) to check if we have received an order registered in your name. We will then be able to correct your email address and send you an order confirmation. It is also possible that the order has not been registered. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid a double order.

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email with a link to track your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Also check your spam folder. This type of email can sometimes be found there. If you have not received a shipping confirmation with the tracking link, please contact our customer service.
